We act as the owner's representative and run the job: scheduling, budget tracking, subcontractor coordination, inspections and regular reporting, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Owner-run, from Big Timber

Top Hand Builders is owned and run by Brian Hogemark and Yancy Terland. Based in Big Timber, Montana, we bring years of hands-on construction experience to every job, and you'll work directly with an owner from start to finish.
